The project involved full scaffolding to two residential blocks, soft strip and replacement of all external windows and doors in white aluminium, full electrical refurbishment as well as a re-tile to the mansard and a Decothane coating to the flat roofs. The value of the project was £240,000 The contract had a 14 week programme whilst the buildings remained occupied.
