The project consisted of construction a learning support suite of six small rooms, one full size classroom and two outdoor terraced areas. The build also incorporated a ‘green’ sedum roof, mirrored light tubes which brought high levels of natural light into the rooms and full fixtures and fittings. The value of the project was £285,000.
