The project involved the removal of existing fixtures, fittings and a soft strip including the modification of masonry walls at door openings to provide a new disabled toilet entrance door set. 

The project also included the installation of sanitary ware as well as a hot and cold supply, drainage work, ventilation extract, fixtures, fittings, door sets, joinery, small power and lighting within the new therapy room. 

A new aluminium double glazed double entrance door set to the reception area/external play entrance was installed. Moreover, the removal of the existing double mobile classroom foundations/services and making good/resurfacing of the macadam reception playground was carried out. A new metal boundary fence was  also installed.

The value of the project was £70,000.

The contract had a 6 week programme carried out during the summer break.
