The project involved the groundworks, enabling works and fit-out of a prefabricated modular building and an oak framed building. The project also included external works comprising of timber sleeper steps, surface water drainage, tarmac, timber decking, fencing, seating and landscaping. The project was completed within an operational school with restrictions on delivery times and access routes. The value of the project was £320,000 and was completed in 20 weeks.
