The project consisted of an extension to an existing school to facilitate three new classrooms, one large staff room and administration offices. The project included substructure drainage and external landscaping along with all of the superstructure, services and finishing works to deliver a finished extension. The value of the project was £225,000. The contract had a 5 month programme.
